I have been using ICSB exclusively for many years now. The staff members are knowledgeable and professional. I know I am getting the very best customer service. I like that all of my dogs semen are stored in one location, that I can rely of them to give me personal service when I need something released and shipped and that they will do this in a timely manner.

I met Kathy 10 years ago, at the time one of my dogs were number one and top sire that year. He was 4 years (he himself was from 20 year old semen and his sire went sterile at 5 years old). So we frozen him and luckily we did because unfortunately we lost him one year later. I would not trust anyone else but Kathy and her staff with my future breeding program. They all are honest, trustworthy and professional.
